Join the OSi Team and train to perform at the best of your ability in the Annual Run the Quay (or any race you’re doing) this June. We are offering an 8 week training program for the 5k, 10k, and 15k Race.
Program includes: weekly mapped out group runs, a training program, a race shirt, and access to our first running class Running Coach, Mindy Gagliardi. Plus, 1 lucky program registrant will even get a chance to win a FREE entry into the Run The Quay Race Events!
Plus! For every Running Program registrant, we will donate a percentage of the registration fee to benefit the Run the Quay.

Runners need to do more than just run. Runners need to be strong and athletic. If they’re not, they can get hurt even if they practice good running form. Strength training a few times a week will increase structural fitness—or the ability of your bones, ligaments, tendons, and muscles to withstand the impact of running.
